General Management

General management is the executive / senior role within a company, overseeing most or all of a firm’s functions.

Defining Sales and Marketing Sales include “operations and activities involved in promoting and selling goods or services.” Marketing includes “the process or technique of promoting, selling, and distributing a product or service.”

Human Resources

Human resources is the company department charged with finding, screening, recruiting and training job applicants, and administering employee-benefit programs. HR responsibilities include compensation and benefits, recruitment, firing, and keeping up to date with any laws that may affect the company and its employees.

Finance & Accounting

Entry Level Jobs

These jobs require that you be able to read and have previous mining experience and may require some training / certification.
